Default Saw the Trials of Cato yesterday

    They were excellent

    Here's a taste

They got a very different audience in Cressing Temple Barns, almost as old as the barns themselves.

That was really cool; thanks for posting. Thereís a little bit of a tune I know mixed into what they were playing, but I canít recall the name. Iím pretty sure itís in one of my Allan Alexander books somewhere.

Regarding the video: the cameraman was so taken by the dancing girl up front that I wasnít sure if Iíd get to see the band.

    I liked the dancing girl.

Too bad she didn't have room for a hula hoop.

    I like it !
My two favorite pastimes are drinking wine and playing the mandolin but most of my friends would rather hear me drink wine! Adapted from quote by Mark Twain------supposedly !

    I've just remembered. I believe it's called "Parson's Farewell."

Thanks for that Caleb it was driving me up the wall trying to remember, and I used to play it too

FWIW I think the other two tunes are Welsh, the band didn't name them just the set.

Thanks for sharing, enjoying the album now. And they're playing near me in December!
