    Default Weak trigger finger woes

Could've had both of these on eBay in the past couple of days if I hadn't hesitated.

2011 Custom F5G with Dave Harvey signature, $3K

I do a similar woe on eBay, although on more of a time delay -- I see something I like, I put it on my watch list, it is there for months, somebody finally buys it, THEN I get mad at myself for not buying it!

Things changed when Ebay and Reverb started charging sales tax. If I am dealing with a business fine but hate eating 8.75% when your are dealing with a private individual. I think a lot harder before I pull the trigger these days. But both of those mentioned even with sales tax were pretty good deals.

I got the reseller's sales tax exemption on eBay. But that meant I had to open a separate eBay account to be used for personal purchases. It's a bit of a headache to keep up with which account I am using at a given time.

When I have this kind of remorse, I just fantasize about all the hidden issues they must have had.

Every so often I will poke around on eBay 'Completed Auctions' to see what a particular item might sell for - and that is when usually stumble across some really great deals . . . two weeks after they are sold.
