Default Differences in Kentucky KM700 series

What are the primary differences in the various Kentucky 700 series models? Specifically, I'm seriously considering the KM752, but am interested if anyone finds the 756 better and in what ways.

I see the specs show maple back on the 752, but alpine maple on the 756. Are these actually different woods or different descriptions? The wood descriptions on the 750 appear to be the same as well.

    thnx -

Other instruments: way too many, and yet, not nearly enough.
