Default 1955 Gibson Les Paul Tenor Prototype

I'd call this rare, unusual. Don't know a thing about them, but the owner -- Maestro A Gregory
-- is definitely an interesting musician whose talents we admire. This one is in the classifieds at the moment but saving here for posterity.

    His ad content:

1955 Gibson Les Paul Tenor Prototype

Monstrously rare Gibson Les Paul Tenor. Famous guitar previously seen in Mandolin Cafe’ with P-90s.

It has no serial number nor Les Paul silkscreen, which, by discussions with Walter Carters and others, it suggests it could be the first one made, likely in 1955.
Upgraded with Music City Bridge and custom Maestro AG Signature pick-ups by MJ at Seymour Duncan.

Have most original parts for reversion.

Got from Gruhn with no case and tracked down for it a Lifton Gibson perfect reissue.
6100 frets makes it a dream to play. Pick-ups are kind of PAFs

    Price is $ 7,500.
    Please no trades, cash only.
    Thanks.
