Stevens emando in classifieds

Anybody play this and/or know its origins? Or the serial number? These mandos don't show up very often. i was curious if it was Tom Rozum's or one from Paul Glasse.

Just to satisfy my curiosity. as I delve into the emend world.

A friend has played it in store and thought it was fantastic. I've had my eye on it for a while, but haven't pulled the trigger. I can confirm it was not one of Paul's.
