Default Bandurria (12 string Mando) tuning in fifths?

Hi there, does anyone know much about bandurrias? Has anyone ever tuned one of these instruments in fifths? It is my understanding they are usually tuned in fourths. Any information on these instruments would be useful! Thank you in advance!

Also, I am curious of their worth? The brand is Roca.

    From Wikipedia:

The modern bandurria has 12 strings (6 pairs). The strings are tuned in unison pairs, going up in fourths from the low G#. The lowest four strings are a major-third above those of a standard guitar and the highest two strings are a fourth above a standard guitar, i.e. G♯, c♯, f♯, b, e and a.
I have one but I want to tune it like an octave 12-string guitar. Ah, someday.
