Does anyone have any idea when this thing was made, the serial number is 149,109? I just bought it from a shop in Texas and I have a hunch it was in their storeroom for a while.

just called Martin about my backpacker guitar and was told they don't track those serial numbers because they are made in the Mexico plant and its not an option for them. I was told on the guitar that the pre-2003 model the headstock was smaller and the logo was down near the sound hole (which is like mine) and the 2003 to present have a larger headstock and the logo is on the top of that.
