If I won it I'd also give it to a student, It is rather nice and some young player would love that thing!
I would indeed be interested!
You are quite right that this is a great forum, you don’t need to apologize, everyone has to start somewhere, this is how it’s done.
Some thread catches your eye and you’re hooked!
Have fun, good luck.
I wish I had kept my kalamazoo, it was cool! I didn’t realize how cool at the time, that was 1975!

It is a very generous thing to offer up as a giveaway. Very kind of you and Collings/Waterloo.
Wow! YES! Of course
Absolutely!
I would love it!!!
Heck yes. I bet the black Waterloo would kill it with some Monel strings.
Yes, me! me! me!

Great idea; thanks for your work towards making this happen!
I suppose I'd be interested...Those things are SWEET!
I would love to get my hands on one of those.
I should add that Collings has a long history of generosity. Just one example I'm aware of is that they've donated a guitar to help fund scholarships at Steve Kaufman's Kamps for many years. If you like and appreciate their doing something really nice for the forum, don't be shy about sending them a note of thanks. I know they and probably Scott would appreciate it. Even those of us who never win this kind of thing benefit significantly by keeping the forum active and hopping.
Me too!
You had me at free.
