    Default Bruno mandocello at Bernunzio's

John has a Bruno Style D mandocello listed; he claims "likely constructed by the Larson brothers," but I'll avoid that particular can of worms.

    Here 'tis.

Asking $5.5K, NFI for me of course. I get a chance I'll stop in at the store and try it out, but I'm up to three mandocelli (Gibson K-1, Eastman, Waldo bowl-back) and not in the market for this one.

Yes, Allen. If nothing else, please try it out so we can live vicariously through you. Ever since my daughter graduated college in 2017 i haven't been up to John's store.

Before some one comes in and buys it here are the pics:

WoW that is nice, has to be pretty rare right? I don't believe I've ever seen one like that. Bet it sounds pretty deep with that rosewood!

there have been a couple like that for sale on the classifieds or elsewhere but they are rare, and very beautiful. i doubt it would suit my style of music but just gorgeous. bernizzio gets great stuff.
