Well I guess we all have critics.

Now I don't feel so bad that my cat walked away while I was practicing yesterday
My cat tolerates my playing most of time, but when, I try to push it, and get over aggressive,
she gives me a dirty look, to let me know, its not right....

My chihuahua would "sing" along when I played guitar
I had a cat for almost 20 years, she recently passed. But she loved it when I sang to her, especially in minor keys. Not sure why, but I would make up silly songs, and basically sing her name (Tiger Jo) over and over. She absolutely loved it! She would lay by my feet and roll around, flopping her tail back and forth. The day she passed, I knew it was time. I sang to her one last time, and basically told her it was ok to go. She was gone within 10 minutes. and I was so grateful that she didn't seem to be suffering too badly, and that I didn't have to take her to the vet.
My other cats, dogs, and even my wife could care less about my singing.
A quarter tone flat and a half a beat behind.
About two months ago we found two abandoned kittens. Being white they’re both deaf. So I can play what I want. They don’t care either way.
Brilliant.
I have two ways to rid myself of company.
1. Play one of my many button (diatonic) accordeons
2. Sing
Depending on the audience, I might reverse the order.
Last time I tried to play a banjo had a similar effect on the people in the room :/ Luckily, there were no dogs present.

Adorable! Love how the one dog just gets up and leaves as soon as she starts playing haha
