Hey gweetarpicker, could you post a picture of that case from the back closed? I'm trying to figure out if I want to try and build a replica. I need a new project to add to the two dozen or so unfinished projects I have now.

    The outside dimensions of the H5 case are about 31 3/4" x 13 x 5 1/8"

Cool, it's almost the same size as the quasi-flight case style case that came with my Korean built H5 copy. Could you give me a shot of the hinges from the back? Loudloar's site has some people building F5 Loar style cases. I'm trying to amass the hardware first.

This case was built back when style was really an element of a product. I look at that and wonder at the trouble they went to when they could have just squared things off. Beautiful case.
