This instrumental cover for three mandolins, octave mandolin, mandocello and tenor guitar is based on an arrangement for strings which I found on Musescore:

I've made some small changes -- see attached PDF. The arrangement is pretty easy to play, and well-suited to mandolin orchestras with a range of abilities.
