Wow! Some incredible As in this thread. Raising two kids on a public schoolteacher's salary, I couldn't afford a 3k instrument, so I learned to build. This is #5. I mostly play celtic/contradance music, so it's voiced very full and real growly on the lower strings. Sounds way bigger than the few englemann topped Collings I've encountered down here.
