KM's Live Music shots has added a photo to the pool:

!st May 2019 at Kings Place (Hall Two), London N1.

Country: Finland. Style: Traditional English & Danish & Finnish Folk.

Lineup: Andy May (northumbrian smallpipes/p), Kristian Bugge (fiddle), Esko Järvelä (fiddle), Ian Stephenson (g/melodeon), Antti Järvelä (b/mandolin).

This occasional collaboration had its first gig in January 2004 in Newcastle, and grew out of Ian Stephenson's time as an exchange student at the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki. It involves Andy May and Stephenson from Newcastle (the latter originally from Yorkshire), Kristian Bugge from Vejle in Eastern Jutland and cousins Esko and Antti Järvelä from Kaustinen. I have taken photos of four of the group before - May with his Quartet and Ian Stephenson (www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/tags/andymay,-balticcro...), Stepenson with his Trio, Andy May and Alistair Anderson (www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/tags/ianstephenson,-bal...), and both Esko and Antti Järvelä with Frigg (www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/tags/eskojarvela,-balti... and www.flickr.com/photos/kmlivemusic/tags/anttijarvela,-balt...).
