Help with a musical snippet from NPR

I have been trying to identify a little musical snippet that is frequently played on Weekend Edition Saturday mornings on NPR. It comes on around 7:40 am CST. It's a background feed from the national level that is background for a local station to make an announcement. I've been trying to figure out what it is for several years and it's driving me nuts. Anybody have any ideas? I hope I can attach this....

Hank, I've tried everything I know. I have even gotten somebody from national NPR to get back to me and he said that "it's part of a package of stuff" and they don't keep track of what stuff is in there". Or, in so many words. So I'm hoping that the combined musical knowledge here will be able to figure this out.
