Default Tabs for the intro to Amie by Pure Prairie League

I would like to add that intro part into my playing of the song, and don't know if there are any tabs out there for mandolin?

Hi jsc, you can find a lot on you tube. Not a lot related to mandolin but it is easily transposed from guitar. The intro is easier than the solo. The intro is all pentatonic, and the solo mixes a little blues scale but the solo has some bending that just doesnt come off well for me anyway. Its a fun song to play. The chord proggression is a,g,d. With a little chop to it. I have some tabs that I transposed, I have to get them on here. See Mike's tab for the solo on the other thread, we came up with the same thing

I have most of the lead figured out too. Tabbing these out can be a chore. Especially getting to timing close.

Yes thankfully there are a lot of great you tube videos out there on this one. It really helps with the feel of the song. It's hard to look at a tab and pick up the timing. Mando also doesn't have the resonance of a guitar so you have to work for the sound a little harder
