    Default Thanks Dennis...The Mandolin Store

Called The Mandolin Store today from way over in NC. Dennis took the time to talk to me and explain some things, hear what I liked and even told me the one I called about would not make me happy and suggested another model that would.

A very polite, knowledgeable guy and truly looks out for the customer.

    Thanks again!

They are great to deal with! I agree after three purchases of mandolins from them. Dennis and all are real pros.

I've purchased two mandolins and other stuff from them. None better.

Dennis and Brian are the best. I have bought several things from them over the years and always had a positive experience with them.

Waiting on my flash sale Eastman gig bag. My beater Michael Kelly has been in a gig bag that can't even hold a string packet. Hey, for $15, what's to lose? I guess very many people upgrade their 315 purchases to a hardshell. I would too. A visit to their shop is a very worthwhile experience.

Great communication, great service, great prices, and great instruments. I have purchased all 3 of my mandolins on-line from different stores, no bad experiences, but Dennis was a cut above. Highly recommended.

Throw my hat into this ring as well. Just purchased a Kimble 2-pt. from Dennis and Brian at THE MANDOLIN STORE. Great service and knowledge. I'll be doing business with them again for sure.

Bought my Weber and my Pava from them - When I called them to discuss what I wanted, they told me either one would make me happy, so I bought both! Perfect set-up, and great service and price. Someday I'll get there to meet them and see the shop!

While I have not bought a mandolin from TMS (yet), I jumped on the $15 Eastman gig bag offer on Tuesday and it was delivered yesterday. Nice bag, great service and communication!! I did once sell a '96 Weber signed Gibson F-5G mandolin to Dennis when he was still located in Ohio (?) before the move to AZ. I would definitely have no hesitation buying from Dennis or Brian. I just wish I had more $$$$.
