I have a mint condition Lyon & Healy C style mandolin. No. 126. Any ideas how much it's worth? I've seen a wide range of $$$ amounts. Looks like it's listed between $1,200 and $2,000 but is selling for $500. This might be available for sale.

I wouldn't let a clean one go for under $1500 unless I was starving.
And #126 would have a fancier peg-head than later models.

If you are seeing one available for $500 I would very very skeptical.

I sold an early 20's 2 point A style with violin carved headstock, all original and in almost perfect condition for a little over 4000 a month or so ago. With original real neat case.
