Very nice. Keep it up! The coolest things about this song are the double stops where you play two notes at once at the high parts. You can do that with just your first two fingers, but the spacing between the fingers changes from one fret to two (like an open C or G chord) as you jump up and back on the neck. Give it a try when you feel brave. It's tricky at first but people react really well to it when you play it that way. You won't sound like Andy (neither do I) but listen to what he does here. It took me a while to get that part.

Very nice! There’s a YT video of Andy playing this tune with David Grisman, and you can see that Andy REALLYREALLYREALLY wants David to play the arpeggio (if I remember, it’s just a straight D arpeggio, but if I take my mandolin out to check my dog will kill me). It’s not hard to play, and including it will really help bring out the soul of that beautiful tune.
