New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art insturement exhibit
I came across this article about the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art's exhibit of famous musical instruments and thought some might be interested.

The exhibit, “Play It Loud: Instruments of Rock & Roll,” includes the guitar Chuck Berry used to record “Johnny B. Goode”, guitars owned by Stevie Ray Vaughan and Don Everly, Brian Jones’ dulcimer from the Rolling Stones, “Lady Jane,” the mandolin Peter Buck used on R.E.M.’s “Losing My Religion”, the wood, metal and plastic Farfisa organ used by Kate Pierson on B-52’s records, alongside the clarinet Patti Smith sometimes uses on stage.
I know it's the person behind the instrument, but it's still cool to be standing so close to history.

And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about.
