    Default Lynchburg Va.

I'll be in Lynchburg Va. next week and wonder if any Mando shops are in that area.

    Thank you.

In short, no. Lynchburg Music may occasionally have a couple of low-end to mid-range mandos on the wall. Pawn shop downtown (L. Oppleman) may also have a mandolin or two from time to time. But as far as I know, that's about it in that immediate area.

Closest place I know of that used to regularly have some nice mandolins in stock was Picker's Supply in Fredericksburg, but that's 2.5 hours away, and full disclosure, I haven't been there in years. And Charles Johnson of Mandolin World Headquarters is in Richmond, which is about 2 hours away.
