    Pretty sure the old Oscar Schmidt Jersey City factory is now the Mana Contemporary Art building ....

    It would be neat to find that out. Half of Jersey City looked like that when I moved to New Jersey almost 40 years ago. I like seeing those old buildings re-purposed. Too many have been torn down and replaced with sterile designs.
