It's been awhile. Thought I'd throw down a vid on Stars Fell On Alabama. This is only half of it. I love the tenor guitar man.....it's awesome. Although I love acoustic tenor guitar, I love electric better......it's the sustain......I should also say that my tremolo sucks....I guess that's why I like electricity.

I love the work you did here. I started digging the song and decided I would sing it at our local sing around. I'll be playing on a tenor uke though. Maybe I'll keep trying fifths tuning but I find guitar and uke so damn easy.

My ukes have 4 strings (one has 8 strings)
I have several 6 string guitars and a six string dobro.
Two mandolins that are tuned in fifths and largely gather dust
Three tenor guitars and 1 tenor banjo in fifths that don't get played often.

One of my main problems is that I'll study one instrument intensively for a few weeks then suddenly move to a different one.

Hi Fox, I'll look for it and put it back up. I made a lot of my vids private, because sometimes I relisten to what I did, and I don't like it anymore, always with intentions of re-recording things, but never seem to get around to it.
