Greek Bouzouki help - Which walnut?

Hello, I am new to the Bouzouki, and have a budget of about $650. I'm deciding between these two Matsikas zouks -

I wanted to know if there was a quality difference between black walnut or natural walnut, or if it is just for aesthetic purposes. I'm open to other recommendations as well. I'm only in the market for Greek bouzouki because I'm a Sicilian xenos trying to impress my Greek girlfriend . Thank you!

I used to work a a business that imported and sold Sakis (Matsikas) instruments; to my recollection the two instruments sounded very similar, so it's more of a cosmetic issue.

You'd be happy playing either one.
