replacement rubber feet for eastman fiberglass case?

anyone know where i can order the little rubber stopper/feet thing for this case? I have one or two that fell off.

One thing to try would be to take one as a sample to your local hardware store. A good store will have a selection of rubber bumpers to choose from. This worked for me on my Superior fiberglass case.

If they're anything like the ones on my Eastman case, you could simply replace them with toilet seat buffers, which come in rubber, although those on the case seem to be plastic.

They sell 'em on Amazon UK but the postage is more than they cost! Get on with the job an you'll be flushed with success

I assume there is a reason no one suggests contacting Eastman?

Jim - If Eastman are like many other large companies,they'll be almost un-contactable. Maybe better to contact an Eastman dealer who'll have a 'fast track' contact #. There's also the fact that items from the Co.themselves are more likely to be more expensive compared to an ''off the shelf'' item from a hardware store,

Some companies are not like that and know the value of good customer service. Many years ago the Eastman rep was very active on this site. I posted a lot about their bowlback cases and he was able to get some here in the US. Then he left the company. I just figure that it is worth a shot. And if they charge $100 for a set of rubber feet then no one has to buy them.

Jim - I agree,some Cos. are very pro-active when it comes down to dealing with their customers,unfortunately,they seem to be in the minority. As for prices of their own brand spares,many are totally OTT when it comes down to pricing.

I recently tried to buy a new leather watch strap for a Citizen ''Eco-Drive'' wristwatch. It took over 6 weeks for Citizen to respond,& when they did,the cost would have been £99 UK ($127 US)for the strap. I found a suitable & also excellent replacement for £9.95 UK ($13.0 US). ''Own brand'' replacement products from large Cos. are very often priced at extortionate levels - auto scrap yards make fortunes based on that fact alone !,
