    Question Help needed with brand and value

    Can anyone identify this mandolin by brand and approximate value? Thank you for your assistance.

    Vietnamese? MOP (or faux) body binding, fair amount of bling, though not the frequently-found "vine" on the fingerboard. Oddly-shaped scroll. Is the back inlaid? Somebody's put damping grommets on the strings, usually the sign of a knowledgeable player -- though knowledgeable players don't regularly have eBay "Antoniotsai" mandolins.

    Others with more expertise will have to develop the ID further.

    That is not a high dollar instrument. New it probably cost $300, and it isn't worth that.
    Case might be worth $30.
    All together, maybe $100?

    There’s a lot of nice mandolins in this wortd where you don’t have to spend lots. But don’t waste your hard earned money on junk .
