Vietnamese? MOP (or faux) body binding, fair amount of bling, though not the frequently-found "vine" on the fingerboard. Oddly-shaped scroll. Is the back inlaid? Somebody's put damping grommets on the strings, usually the sign of a knowledgeable player -- though knowledgeable players don't regularly have eBay "Antoniotsai" mandolins.
Others with more expertise will have to develop the ID further.

There’s a lot of nice mandolins in this wortd where you don’t have to spend lots. But don’t waste your hard earned money on junk .
