Sullivan Electric Mandolins

Just heard from a buddy that John Sullivan built 2 solid body electric mandolins. One was flame maple, intended for Sam Bush.

Anybody ever heard of these instruments? Have any pictures or further descriptions if true?

I would ask Bruce Harvie - I believe he may own one of them and would certainly know. There is this photo from the public John Sullivan Instrument tribute page on Facebook that looks like an electric. If you post a question on that page you'll likely get an answer too

I did see two threads relating to that after a Google search, but only finished one thread. I was curious as to the electrics, scale length, etc.

Did some searching and I see one picture of a solid body, F style, with what appears to be both a magnetic pickup and a bridge mounted piezo. Anybody who heard that wish to comment?
