Are you referring to the Simon and Garfunkel El Condor Pasa?
My understanding is that the tenor instrument is a charango, not a mandolin. That said, there are a number of search references online for "Mandolin Tab for El Condor Pasa" that may provide what you are looking for.

It's a very easy, but fun song. I think it's just G and Em, with a C chord mixed into the refrain (GCGEmG).
