    Meh, I'm not greedy. If I had a Loar I would sell it in a hot minute, get a handful of other mandolins I wanted instead, a ton of camera gear and travel the world. Plus, those Rogues are great to give to new interested players. 11x2 = 22 potential new players!

    I thought this was going to be the ultimate MAS-justification post, saying that we needed to have enough mandolins to play a different one on each of the 12 days of Christmas.

    For the price of one Loar I could get...

    A Collings, an Ellis, a Gibson, a Pava, another Weber, and a few others with money to spare.
