    Interesting. The only thing that gives me pause, is the wording of the text. I know most likely a language issue, but it just sounds a bit off, like something you would get in a phishing message. Just be careful!!

    The link came from the Cremona Musica music trade show in Cremona, and there were certainly major storms through Italy around October. The Ciresa tonewood company has been around for years so it seems a reasonable enough idea. Certainly the English is a little odd, but that is not unusual for Italian websites 8-). There is not so much good spruce left for instrument makers that the world can afford to let a bunch of potentially good trees rot on the ground.

    Just an afternoon drive from Condino!

    I'm a little unsure from the description- for 300 Euros am I merely saving a whole tree and then getting the credit to later purchase spruce at the normal retail price or am I making an advance purchase of the entire log for 300Euro?
