Can someone tell me , how to make a wooden binding like this,
Step by step please?

Those figured wood bindings like the curly maple you show are even more difficult than wood binding in general. I’ve seen some great tutorials posted by builders in this forum dealing with techniques for this - and there are some different approaches - so it may be better to ask for links, or to use the search feature, if you really want to find step-by-step with photos, etc.
