The front may not look bad. If it's like my 1910 A, it's because the pearwood center strip in the neck didn't hold. The dye Gibson used caused the wood to rot and not hold.
Mine has dowels drilled through the headstock to hold it together. It's also ugly, but really good sounding.
Don't believe the bridge is original, either. And do wonder if those big cracks are stable. Although the owner claims Randy Wood said they are.
If it were me (and I'm not going to buy it) would replace the tailpiece and sell the original and enjoy a very inexpensive vintage beater.
