Default Chopin E Minor Prelude Mandolin Arrangement

I'm not a classical musician by any means, but I love Chopin's Op. 28 No. 4 and I arranged it for mandolin a few weeks ago.

I put together a rough recording and a (very) rough sheet music/tab arrangement and I thought you guys may be interested.

Click here for the sheet music.

    Enjoy!

Wow, this piece is beautifully desolate on the mandolin. I would expect a Chopin piano work to lose much when transitioning to the mandolin, but instead this piece simply took on a new mood and atmosphere, perhaps one even more pointed than the original, and it sounds entirely at home on the instrument. Well done!

Fantastic job on this arrangement! I love adaptations of piano pieces for mandolin when you find one that works. I may have to steal this one for myself.
