The label is from Luigi Ricca. Here is what it would look like:
That mandolin was modified radically with a snakehead and probably completely refinished and who knows what else.

In this photo from the side it looks like there is something raising the 4 course of strings. It seem rather strange to do so. There is aso a pick in the strings but that should not do so much.

The neck is a bit warped. Also, someone decided to glue the bridge in place. After my file arrives from China, I will try filing down the slots in the bridge, to see if I can make it playable.In this photo from the side it looks like there is something raising the 4 course of strings.
