Love my new EML pick

I just wanted to share, I have been playing my new EML triangle pick in casein for hours and hours it is wonderful.
It is smooth, fast, and it has a lot of grip, aesthetically it is amazing.
Eric is easy to deal with. He makes one heck of a pick.

What would you compare it to? GoldenGate with corners or a Dawg with three corners? Is there any pick that you feel comes closest to the EML? I have considered many times ordering one from Eric since he's rather local, but am concerned whether it will be junk or go into my special pick pouch. And can you please give us a ballpark figure? $10?ea? $20?ea? $40/ea?

PEEK stands for polyether ether ketone. It is similar to teflon but somewhat stronger and stiffer. Not sure how it would do as a pick.

I have a 1.5mm large triangle in the PEEK that has become my go-to pick. Slightly "brighter" tone than my BC TAD3R60, less bright than the CT55. The material has a grain to it that feels good in the grip. All in all, the tone is very reminiscent of a BC, with the sharpness of the point really being the difference between them.

Rusty, it’s a lot like my Blue Chip CT, exact size.
It plays as fast and smooth, it’s bit more grippy and sounds a bit more mellow or darker to me.
Price is $30 in the same range as a Blue Chip.
I have been using it on my engleman top F5, it sounds great. For some reason the BC sounds better on my Addi than the casein.

I’m a few gigs into my eml casin triangle, and I’m enjoying it. Nice bevel, grippy casin is easy to hold, and the tone is nice and dark. Pick click has a nice thunk to it. It’s not as fast as my Hense casin.
I do worry about how long a casin pick can last...the +$30 price point makes me nervous.

I can't speak on the casein, but the PEEK wears like BC - that is to say, I can't see any wear at all after months of steady use.

Casin must wear, but I've only been using them for a few months...and switch between JPearce, RedBear, Hense, and EML. I did get bending during use on the med RedBear, which freaked me out, but it went back to flat after flipping sides.
I gotta say, after being a BC lover for a decade, I'm enjoying casin more. If you're considering it, do it, it's worth the tone nuance IMO.

Does anyone use their "mandolin" shape pick? If so, I am curious of the size compared to a quarter let's say. I can't see any reference to size on their website.
I am used to a very small pick with the Blue Chip KS model but am open to larger if the tone is still good. Curious to pick one up possibly.

I picked up a PEEK 1.5 mm used from the Cafe classifieds a few months back. You might be familiar with the character Willie Mays Hayes from the movie Major League who famously said "I hit like Mays, and I run like Hayes." Well, to me the PEEK feels like a Wegen, and it sounds (and wears) like a Blue Chip. I really think that it would shine in a louder setting where its brightness would translate to cutting power. And I'd like to try one of Eric's same picks in casein, whose darker tone might be better suited for solo play.
