    Default Halloween Costume

Hey just saw a girl wearing a BlueChip CT-55 Halloween costume. Thought I would share.Click image for larger version.

Now here's the question: would she sound darker if she was wearing a Wegen TF120 costume instead? I mean, which is the better costume?

    ;-)

That’s awesome! Nah, she’d sound brighter as a Wegen, IMHO

I hear the primetone costume is 1/10th the price and just as good.

I have to ask: where does one just stumble across a person in a Blue Chip Halloween costume? To reference another recent thread, I'd venture to guess wherever you saw that person has a pretty good mandolin culture.

Considering the size of that pick, the size of the mandolin costume must be ENORMOUS!

Good question, I wondered about the same thing when I saw this in the Facebook mandolin group a few days ago. Must have been a Halloween party for a bunch of pickers somewhere. BTW, Blue Chip picks are not a strictly "mandolin" thing, folks.

Yeah, but a CT 55? That's a mandolin nerd pick.

Huh... so... BlueChips are not actually blue. Did not know that.

    Yes blue = brown.

My house is a safe space from people who think brown doesn't go with blue. :-)

I have blue area rugs over brown wooden floors...

My BC picks won't get lost on those rugs, on a black surface they also disappear though.
