Smile Carnatic Mandolin- World Classical- The Sunshine Orchestra

    Hi All,
I have been a very inactive member on this wonderful forum. I mean to fix that
I would like to share the most epic production I have done till date. Certainly, many similar concepts have been attempted, but this is the first documented record where the 5 string electric Carnatic mandolin has played with a string section of an symphony orchestra. Please do give it a look. This project was liked so much by academy award winner AR Rahman sir, he shared on his social media.

Some musicians have even said this could be termed it as a World Classical Music.
That warmed me so much, So I wasn't sure where to post this thread.
    Looking forward to your feedback.

Congratulations on an enthralling performance - great to see you are keeping the memory of U Srinivas alive.
Who wrote and orchestrated the string section score?

Thank you sir. It’s due to his blessing and fantastic grooming I am here as an artist. I owe it all to him. Please do share this video with everyone 😇

The Score was written by Sri. Srinivasa Murthy sir. He’s the Orchestra conductor

Just when I thought I have heard everything, this comes along. Amazing talent. Reminds me of something John McLaughlin would perform with Shakti, only your playing the lead. Just lovely.
