Default A Primer on Traditional Country and Bluegrass Artists:

    Folk Music in Overdrive

    by Ivan Tribe.

I'm not a bluegrass player but I certainly value listening and reading about just about any and all "traditional" American musics.

Just came across this on the Amazon. Is anyone familiar with the book?

    Thoughts on it?

    Thanks!

    Mick

oops...just added link to the book.

Thanks for the link but, no Mick, I’ve not read it. Looks interesting.
So does the “Arthur Smith” book/CD doesn’t say anything about him playing the harp guitar that I spotted in the quick speed read of the notes the cover shot alone is prettt cool.
