Yep it's cool. Tom's bird inlays rock
Yes, Beauty inlay. I Don't know what to think about those tuner buttons. they look very nice on an ornate instrument, but might be a little busy for the average mando.
We are the music makers,
And we are the dreamers of dreams
Caught my eye, too. Wow-- I can dream! I will take all the bling I can wish for including those buttons.
I love the unique Ellis head stocks!
Is Tom still selling those Handel tuner buttons?

I think the regular change of banner is a great idea. This one is my favourite so far. At least until the next one, that is.
The images are stunning, terrific idea. I predict a sharp uptick in MAS and classified ad addiction. I'd like to suggest that maybe just every so often, we get a nod to our first love . . . the good 'ole starter mandos of the world. Without them, a lot of us might have missed out entirely. I'm lucky enough to have found mine 30 yrs ago. Walking out of a Pomona, CA music store, there it was hanging above the entrance door . . . my little Washburn M7-S asymmetrical 2-point. Now I have several, some worth 20x, bought and sold many more, but still got her and would never sell, sentimental reasons of course, but she plays and sounds great . . . to our first love!
