Cat smell in a mandolin case

I had a cat that pooped on my bed every time my ex-husband came over when we were dating. Notice I said ex-husband- I should have listened to the cat. Just sayin'. My one cat sleeps in my mandolin case when I practice, and she also sleeps on my bed with me. She doesn't stink. Now let me tell you about my dog's "wet dog smell" after being out in the rain.....
