APM is certainly still around since PHC was not their only program, though arguably their flagship. From their website: "American Public Media is the largest station-based public radio organization in the U.S., combining multi-regional station operations, national content creation and distribution in one organization."
It's just they don't own any rights to the PHC name or content, which I assume is all in Keillor's domain.
As for the show, it depends on whether or not Live From Here is the same show just with a different name. I personally do not consider it to be, although it retains some of the same character.
