I don't think there was a Sparta tenor. There was a Spartan six-string and there was a Regent tenor.
Here are the names of the tenors:
- Beverly
- Bretton
- Empire
- Hollywood
- Melody
- Regent
FWIW the most recent VG Price Guide 2018 says a Beverly tenor would be $750-1000 in excellent condition. There was a Regent sold on Reverb originally listed at $1699. That does not mean it sold for that much.

There are Zenith and Olympic tenors as well. Check out this registry with photos. http://wiedler.ch/nyepireg/database.html
The Regent listed on reverb that I see, just says the listing ended and not sold. I think it is very much dependent on condition, since the ones I've seen posted to not typically look in great shape.
