I recorded a couple of short snippets. I used a clip on transducer and Audacity to record my oval hole A with a tea towel stuffed in it (I usually keep it like that at home to play quieter) and I finger picked (flesh of thumb) single takes, so the quality is pretty lousy (not that I play much better in a hundred takes #).

Anyway, these snippets are from songs running through my head. I don't think they are original. If you can tell what songs I am butchering, please let me know...

    Tune 1 - A melody line

Tune 2 - Some chords and a little riff

"First you master your instrument, then you master the music, then you forget about all that ... and just play"
    Charlie "Bird" Parker

Bump - over 75 reads and no answers? Is it possible that I actually made them up? I may have to do longer versions with a couple of tracks. I figured out a thythm for the melody that still seems like something I heard rather than something I made up.

If it is original, this thythm is a good name for a song.
