G. Grout: "Colombine chante - Sérénade"

This is a serenade for mandolin quartet that I found in the Nakano archive (see attached) -- I know nothing about the composer. The name of the publisher, J. Rowies, also appears on many Gelas-type mandolins of the 1910s to 1940s, which is presumably also the approximate date of this piece. "Colombine" is the French name of the Commedia dell'arte character Columbina, the wife of Pierrot and mistress of Harlequin.
The piece is unrelated to the piano composition of the same title by Bohuslav Martinu.
