    I would think there is some kind of licensing arrangement here.... regardless, the EU price for the case is extremely high. If it is physically shipped to the US and back again that might explain things...a shame, because at a reasonable price the case looks nice.

    It seems very high in price when you compare it to violin cases made by the same manufacturer, with similar design/materials...

    I live in America, but I own one. It came with my Northfield mandolin. The case is very nice.

    I owned an Airloom (with case cover) and have seen/checked out 2 or 3 of the Recurve cases. All well-made, robust and offer solid carry-ability and protection.
