Do you read tablature? Standard notation?
There is an app that is widely used called Tabledit and a great many tunes have been transcribed in that format; for instance, see the Tabledit archive at mandozine.com
http://www.mandozine.com/music/tabledit_search.php
Many, many songs there in the bluegrass genre with mandolin solos. Tabledit provides tablature + standard notation and most of those files also indicate the chord changes. Will also play the tunes as midi audio. Can be read with the Tabledit full program (license fee) or with the free Tabledit viewer. You can check those out at this site:

Also, here at the cafe, there is a tab near the top labeled "Learn/Listen" and in that menu you can find Tabledit files as well as text files containing tablature. Also under "Learn/Listen" there is a chord library.
For PDF files, one great site of many is this UK site:
http://www.traditionalmusic.co.uk/
That site has tens of thousands of PDF sheets. The site is so big that it can be a little difficult to navigate. Here are a few mandolin-specific pages. Many of the sheets have chord changes written above the melodies.

That's always a good option for any specific tune.
