Is anyone else having trouble placing an order through their site?

I have had a problem in the past. I think I ended up calling them and doing the order over the phone.

I am really kinda bewildered that the folks selling strings use a design featuring an unfinished mandolin with no strings. The guy in photo is smiling like "ha ha, get it?" and I am thinking, "well, no, not really".

That is weird... I can't unsee the lack of tuners now. Crap, I liked the shirt before that.

I think the drawing is from the one of the Siminoff plans to build a Mandolin. They also sell plans to build mandolins as well as strings.

I get these guys mixed up with Strings and Beyond, who I really like for their free shipping for an over $35.00 order.

That's kind of strange, since these guys make strings but do not sell them directly, while S&B sell strings directly but do not make them.

You are correct. It is another company altogether. Just Strings.
