    Wooow!!!

    Thanks a lot!
I had never heard about this before.
    I need one!

Do you think it can work with a mandolin, accoustic bass or banjo?

I tried it on Mandolin. It does not work best.
Acoustic bass or banjo I do not have. Well, I do not know.

I believe it would work with a 4, or 5, string electric mandolin, based on my understanding of how they, optimally, work. It would also work with an 8 string, but I believe there is a groove(s) that rides the string, which I could see being easier on a single course instrument.
