Question Grauer mandolin - anyone heard of it?

    Hi all,
An elderly friend of mine has a Grauer mandolin, and I cannot find any info on the internet. Has anyone heard of this brand, and what it might be worth?

I can't be 100% sure but it looks like a Japanese-made mandolin possibly from the 1970s. I have seen that kind of headstock before. Not worth a lot.

Only reference I can find is to a Les Paul copy guitar labeled "Grauer." Concur with Jim G's diagnosis: Asian import, not a big "find."
