Need help with tune name.

I was trying to get this tune before the summer and now it's popped into my head again and I would like to start practicing it again. Problem is I can't remember for the life of me the name of it and where to pick up the tabs. I recorded this short video me playing from memory.

Does anyone recognize it. Thanks in advance.
